調理師免許の取れる高校卒業後、海上自衛隊に入り
給養員として3年勤務　その後アルバイトを1年間して、22歳で独立。
(After graduating from high school, where he could obtain a chef’s license, he joined the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force and worked as a food officer for three years, saving up 6 million yen.
After that, he worked part-time for a year and became independent at the age of 22.)

実家も飲食店を経営していたので、いつかはお店を持ちたいと思っていた。
(His parents also ran a restaurant, so he had always wanted to have his own shop one day.)

自衛隊い時代　勘違いだと思うがベージュの靴を黒に塗り替えさせられた。
(When I was in the Self-Defense Forces, I think it was a misunderstanding, but I was forced to repaint my beige shoes black.)
